This week, it was great to welcome Elaine Effard, North-East Access and Outreach Coordinator from Corpus Christi College, Cambridge, for her second visit to NSFC this year.
Over 85 students from Year 12 and Year 13 benefited from her engaging and informative sessions.
For our year 12 students, Elaine introduced the concept of supercurricular success. This session explored the incredible range of opportunities available for their futures and provided a wealth of guidance to help students enhance their academic profiles and stand out in applications to highly selective universities.
For our Year 13 students, Elaine led a focused session designed specifically for those preparing for early entry Oxbridge applications. She provided in-depth guidance on how to approach Oxbridge interviews, offering expert insights into the interview process, common questions, and effective techniques for making a strong impression.
Thank you, Elaine, for your ongoing support and dedication to helping our students #GoFurther
