"FOCUS ON STEM" SESSIONS
Newcastle Sixth Form College recently welcomed students from across the region to its exciting Focus on STEM sessions. The event, held during an Open Evening, provided current applicants and prospective students with the opportunity to explore STEM subjects in an engaging and hands-on environment.
Attendees participated in interactive sessions across Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Psychology, and Maths, led by the college’s expert teaching staff. The event aimed to showcase the variety of STEM subjects students can study at NSFC, giving students a real taste of the academic challenge and excitement these subjects offer.
The Focus on STEM sessions were a big hit with students and parents, showing just how passionate NSFC is about STEM education and helping young people get excited about their future in these subjects.
